HAUNTED FARMERS MARKET

Vendor Application 2026
WILL OPEN NOV. 10TH
Vendor Applications are open for 2026 on Nov.10th. You do not need to select all of the dates. You may select any dates that fit your schedule. Note: More applicants apply than spaces are available.
This application is for our outdoor farmers market in Tacoma. If you are new to farmers markets you will need to ensure you have the proper permits & documents to be considered and have them electronically available. You will need to submit them. There are no refunds given if you confirm and cannot vend due to lack of proper documentation or no-shows.
We truly appreciate your interest in vending with us. Due to high volume of applications, there will be a strict approval process.
You may not vend with surrounding markets during the same dates and times as the Haunted Farmers Market. Ex: Tacoma Night Market which is only feet away. We do this to protect our vendors. Vendors lose money from surrounding markets in the area.

Please try and reframe from "stealing" other vendors art work. We get a lot of vendors upset about this. I know there are a lot of you at the market.
