Per market date

October is priced differently due to higher

traffic and limited availability for spots. 

 10x10 Space : $130  (Oct. $150)

10x20 Space: $230  (Oct. $250)

10x30 Space: $330 (Oct. $350)

Market dates will be offered to choose from if you are accepted into the market. You may not receive any emails if you are not accepted. We will be going through applications for the next couple months. Please be patient with us. Thank you.

If you make/or will make more than $2,000/year in Tacoma, you are required to have a Tacoma Business License to vend with us.

How Invoicing Works

 

You will be sent an invoice two weeks before the first market of each month  billed for the whole month. Contact your coordinator before the due date if you need more time. Consistent late invoice payments will result in loss of your stall.

I agree to only select dates that I am 100% able to commit to. Cancelation/no shows of several dates will result in loss of your stall.

We are unable to accommodate booth placement requests. We rotate placement every market.

You agree to contact your coordinator via email if you are unable to make a vending date as soon as possible. Failure to contact us is a strike on your account. Three strikes is removal of the market.

If you are accepted into the 2025 markets, you will receive a welcome email & billed for the first market to lock you in. This payment will commit you to the schedule you chose. 

Are you aware that the October dates are priced higher due to high traffic and high vendor demand?
Do we have your permssion to feature you on our webite & social media accounts if accepted as a vendor? Due to number of vendors, we may not always feature you on social media.

All products must be sustainably and legally sourced. No animals are to be killed for the sake of art or collecting for our market. This includes farming for killing purposes. By checking below you are confirming that ALL of your products are sustainably sourced and legal to sell in the state of Washington. We have the right to remove any vendor from the market that does not follow these guidelines.

By checking below you understand that you are not confirmed as a vendor unless you are selected. After you are accepted we will send you an acceptance email & an invoice. We will never ask for a payment in the form of venmo, cashapp, paypal or cash. Avoid scams. Make your payments on time or you might be in risk of losing your stall. If you need more time you must contact your coordinator before the invoice due date to avoid a strike or removal from the market.

By checking the box below, you agree that you are a spooky themed vendor with at least 75% themed products. If your images do not show 75% spooky, we will skip your application. 

Political propaganda is not allowed at the HFM. Our market is open to all and we do not discriminate against beliefs, orientation, race or views of our customers and fellow vendors. Please treat other vendors with respect. Please be careful how you act on socail media because this also reflects on us & your company. Going against this agreement could result in termination. 

There has been a lot of misinformation and gossip circulating about the market and its coordinators. If you did not hear the information directly from Ryan or Brianna, please assume it is incorrect—especially if it’s negative. We want to assure everyone, that we have never disliked any vendor, lost anyone’s application, or thought negatively of anyone. Ryan and Brianna are the only people who run the Haunted Farmers Market, and we are not planning to move or sell it. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime with questions or for clarification—we promise, we don’t bite! 😊 And as always, let’s continue to show respect and kindness to both your fellow vendors and coordinators.

Please note: The Haunted Farmers Market is not affiliated with any other nearby markets. Due to our success, several markets have begun operating in close proximity event feet away—often on the same dates and times—which negatively impacts our vendors earinings. We kindly ask that you refrain from vending at other markets held during our scheduled events within the STW area. Thank you for helping us protect and support our vendor community.

If you are shipping items to customers, please do your best to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all orders are delivered as promised and on time. Last season, we received several messages from customers who did not receive their items and asked us to contact the business on their behalf. Please remember that we are market organizers and are not responsible for how individual businesses operate. However, customer experiences do reflect on our market as a whole, so we appreciate your efforts to maintain reliability and professionalism.

Good News! We have trademarked & patented our HFM Logo. All vendors must get written permission & pay a small fee to be able use the Haunted Farmers Market Logo in their art work to sell at their booth. ($100 for entire year 2026) 

Last year there was a massive uproar of out of state shoppers who really wanted to shop the vendors they saw from our reels & posts. just this year - Oct. this is how many website visitors we had.

  We would like to create an entire catalog of 4 items from each of our 2026 vendors for one small fee for the entire 2026 year and direct everyone from social media to the website catalog.

 

A website is required to participate and the ability to create a custom coupon code. When users check out with this code, we will be able to track how many sales come from our website.
