YOU WILL BE INVOICED UPON APPROVAL DUE TO OUR PAYMENT DEADLINE FOR THE VENUE. IF YOU NEED MORE TIME TO PAY OR NEED THE INVOICE SPLIT PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR INVOICE. NO-SHOWS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL A DATE OR BOTH, PLEASE LET US KNOW NO LESS THAN 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT FOR A REFUND. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE FIRST MARKET, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

We are not able to take stall requests. Please do not ask us to stay in your same space. This is due to rotation of vendors. We rotate the stall assignment each market to create more income for all vendors through customers. If you need more space you will need to apply for a bigger booth size. No booth switching.
You agree to contact your coordinator via email if you are unable to make a vending date at least 2 weeks before this market date. We do not want to find out the day of on your instagram story.

This application does not mean you have been accepted into the Creepmas Event. You will receive a welcome email if you are chosen. You may not receive anything at all if you are unapproved. You will get a welcome email, no later than Oct. 31st.

All products must be sustainably and legally sourced. No animals are to be killed for the sake of art or collecting for our market. This includes farming to kill for art. By checking below you are confirming that ALL of your products are sustainably sourced and legal to sell in the state of Washington. We have the right to remove any vendor from the market that does not follow these guidelines.
By checking the box below, you agree that you are a Creepmas themed vendor with at least 75% themed products. If your images do not show 75% spooky, we will skip your application.
Political propaganda is not allowed at the HFM. Our market is open to all and we do not discriminate against beliefs, orientation, race or views of our customers and fellow vendors. Please treat other vendors with respect. Please be careful how you act on socail media because this also reflects on us & your company. Going against this agreement could result in termination.
