Describe what spooky/Halloween items you will be selling* MUST HAVE 95% SPOOKY OR CREEPMAS THEMED ITEMS TO BE CONSIDERED. Creepmas is a gothic, spooky, horror themed take on Christmas. Examples could be bloody Santa, Christmas colored horror attire, black Christmas trees, etc. Food and drink vendors not required but having a spooky theme greatly increases odds of acceptance and overall success at our markets.
How Invoicing Works
You will be sent an invoice after acceptance to the market for the given and or selected dates. Once payment is made refunds will not be given under any circumstances. Please think carefully when choosing dates and we appreciate your interest.
You agree to contact your coordinator via email if you are unable to make a vending date as soon as possible. Failure to contact us will decrease your odds of being accepted into our markets in the future.
If you are accepted into the 2026 Haunted Christmas Market, you will receive a welcome email & be billed for the given date(s) to lock you in. This payment will commit you to the schedule you chose.
All products must be sustainably and legally sourced. No animals are to be killed for the sake of art or collecting for our market. This includes farming for killing purposes. By checking below you are confirming that ALL of your products are sustainably sourced and legal to sell in the state of Washington. We have the right to remove any vendor from the market that does not follow these guidelines.
By checking below you understand that you are not confirmed as a vendor unless you are selected. After you are accepted we will send you an acceptance email & an invoice. We will never ask for a payment in the form of venmo, cashapp, paypal or cash. Avoid scams. Make your payments on time or your spot will be forfeited and consideration for future markets will be less likely.
By checking the box below, you agree that you are a spooky themed vendor with at least 95% themed products. If your images do not show 95% spooky, we will skip your application.
Political propaganda is not allowed at the HFM. Our market is open to all and we do not discriminate against beliefs, orientation, race or views of our customers and fellow vendors. Please treat other vendors with respect. Please be careful how you act on socail media because this also reflects on us & your company. Going against this agreement could result in termination.
